This hotel in Munich is centrally located and close to the grocery and Karlzplatz. Pretty basic hotel but they had snacks (pretzels and croissants)in the lobby, coffee and teas in the room. I had a city facing room that I enjoyed watching the snow from every morning.

Clean and modern. Convenience to the metro station. Electric blinds, coffee machine, shower gel were provided. Some free biscuits and bread were provided at check-in counter. Luggage storage at locker costs £2. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cramped but Creative

The Single rooms are cramped, but creatively arranged. For example, the table folds down from the wall, and there is storage space under the bed. Most of the space is taken up by this large double (?) bed. As a solo traveler, I would have appreciated a smaller bed and more floor or storage space. The room also has a free coffee & tea maker, but you have to be careful when inserting your pod so it doesn't fall to the bottom. Very good location across from Karlsplatz, one of the gates of Munich's old town. The train station serves all S-Bahns, including airport lines. If possible, use the underground passage instead of crossing the street. Without a room key, you will need to press the doorbell to get in. That said, they were nice enough to let me check in early (about 12:30 PM), which was a Godsend if you're as jetlagged as I felt.

Far from understandable behaviour!

There is a bad intention from hotel side! While the snowfall hits the Munich on Dec2-Dec 3, our flights are cancelled and we couldnt travel, even they know it but they did not accept to pay our money back. Also we offered 1 night penalty fee and give back the rest to us! We cannot accept this behaviour, it is not understandable, everything was out of our control. And funny side is coming; when we talked with hotel, they said they are fully booked and they refuse more resevation because of it, but when we checked we saw there are open slots in their booking system. What a nice behaviour!

Not exactly a hotel where you feel like hanging around in the room. It's really small, but adequate for a couple staying a few days in Munich. It's a stone's throw from Karlsplatz and quick walking distance to the Marienplatz to the west or the HBF to the east. High quality, very modern. Lockers in the basement if you need to store luggage before you check in or after you check out. Friendly desk staff who spoke flawless English. The photos on the site are accurate. Check them out for size & quality!
